Leadership Training and Certification

Leadership Training and Certification (LTC) is the focus of T2i’s teaching ministry. LTC trains and equips church leaders to develop discipleship-based mentorship and counseling ministries within their local churches.

LTC uses a form of pragmatic theology that balances a rigorous hermeneutic study of the Bible with practical application. Church leaders are familiarized with those issues relevant to the spiritual needs of their congregations, and learn how to best counsel their congregants through those issues. Moreover, they are encouraged to tap into their congregational resources by training other leaders to mentor and counsel through discipleship in turn.

T2i’s LTC curriculum finds its roots in the training curriculum of the Institute for Biblical Counseling and Discipleship ("IBCD") and is aligned to many of the requirements for certification of the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors ("NANC").
