The "Divine Designs" series is a two year curriculum (6 events) that focuses on God's design for marriage and family. The goal is to discover these designs and be challenged to apply them into our lives. In the first second event, the focus is on the woman and her calling to be a "suitable helper" (Genesis 2:18). There is also considerable time given to the in-law relationships. A topic rarely covered in events, the biblical principles of in-law relationships are explained and explored. The parent-child relationship will be examined as a major factor in future in-law relationships. And the goal of growing into an adult relationship with one’s grown children will be examined.
