Tae is an ordained minister of the gospel, Presbyterian Church of America (PCA); Pastor of Leadership Training and Congregational Life at The Covenant Presbyterian Church; former Lecturer of Old Testament at Westminster Theological Seminary, Escondido, California; and has over ten years of service on the board of The Institute for Biblical Counseling and Discipleship.

George is an ordained minister of the gospel, Orthodox Presbyterian Church (OPC) an Associate Professor of Practical Theology at Westminster Theological Seminary, Escondido, California; the Director of The Institute for Biblical Counseling and Discipleship; and a Fellow of the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors (NANC).

Eileen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the T2i team as a pastor's wife of over thirty years. Eileen is a certified counselor with IBCD and NANC and founded a crisis pregnancy center in San Diego, CA. Eileen joined Tae and George at Divine Design 2 and 3, and ministered to other pastors' wives a Shepherds Need a Drink Too, T2i's inaugural pastors conference.
Pastor Eric Foley was the featured speaker for Divine Design 4 in January, 2006. He is the Director of Communications for Peacemaker Ministries, an organization dedicated to equipping and assisting Christians and their churches to respond to conflict biblically. Ordained by the Evangelical Christian Church, he has been a pastor for 16 years and has been involved in organizing large-scale community outreach programs, including the Promise Keepers 1997 Million Man Gathering in Washington, D.C., the Los Angeles Rescue Mission's 1998 Great Day of Thanksgiving, and the LA Dream Center's 1999 "Adopt-A-Block 500".

Dr. Jim Newheiser is one of the featured speakers for Divine Design 6. A graduate of Westminster Theological Seminary (M.A, D.Min), He is the pastor of Grace Bible Church in Escondido, CA, a counselor and director at IBCD, and co-author of When Good Kids Make Bad Choices: Help and Hope for Hurting Parents, with Elyse Fitzpatrick and Dr. Laura Hendrickson.
Dr. Laura is one of the featured speakers for Divine Design 6. She is a former medical doctor and board-certified psychiatrist, is a consultant for IBCD and the author of two books on biblical counseling issues, including When Good Kids Make Bad Choices: Help and Hope for Hurting Parents, with Elyse Fitzpatrick and Dr. Jim Newheiser.
Dr. Street is a second-generation pastor and has been in pastoral ministry for 27 years. He has served as an assistant professor at Cedarville and Cornerstone Universities. He also served for one year as the Director of Admissions at Cedarville University. He was the founding pastor of Clearcreek Chapel in Springboro, Ohio where a strong counseling program included training scores of pastors. He is a regular contributor to The Biblical Counselor and The Journal of Biblical Counseling and is an editor of The Journal of Modern Ministry. Dr. Street is a fellow and board member of the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors and he is also a member of the Evangelical Theological Society. Dr. Street is an elder at Grace Community Church. He is currently serving as the chairperson of the graduate program in Biblical Counseling at The Master’s College. Dr. Street has a wonderful wife, Janie, and four beautiful children, Krista, Melissa, Jay and James.
Dr. Baker has been in ministry for 25 years with extensive experience over the last 13 years in Blacksburg, VA, in training and equipping pastors and laymen in the skills of Biblical Counseling. He has completed two levels of training with Peacemaker Ministries and developed a conflict resolution course for IFCA International. He has Level II Certification with the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors and is currently seeking Fellow status with NANC. He and his wife Rose Marie have been married for 25 years and are thankful parents of six children, three boys and three girls.
Pastor Jeff Landis has been the pastor of Covenant since 1986. As senior pastor at Covenant, Jeff’s shepherding responsibilities include preaching and teaching, working with the Session to set the direction of the congregation, and working with the church staff on a daily basis. Pastor Landis also serves on the presbytery’s Home Missions Committee and the denomination’s Committee on Home Missions and Church Extension. A former radio announcer and producer, Jeff’s messages can be heard on the weekly radio program Wisdom for Living. Jeff and his wife Donna have two college age sons, Ben and Joel.
Mike grew up in Memphis, TN and entered the Marine Corp after high school. After his discharge in 1974, Mike studied Electronic Engineering at the State Technical Institute at Memphis, TN before transferring to Mid South Bible College, where he earned a certificate in Biblical and Theological Studies. After five years of missionary work in the Philippines, Mike joined the staff of West Hills Community Church in Morgan Hill, California in 1987, where he became the Senior Pastor in 1989. In addition to his pastoral duties, Mike is chairman of the U.S. Board for Action International Ministries and is the founder of the Spurgeon Center for Ministry and Missions, a church based training institute, where he teaches Bible and Theology. Mike lives in Morgan Hill with his wife Raquel and their two sons, who are now in college.
Pastor John came to Community Church, making Valley Center his home in July 1998, after serving as senior pastor for 22 years in the suburbia of Chicago. The driving motivation in Pastor John's ministry has been what he calls "the grace and glory of God." It is the grace of God lavished upon His people which provides access into the presence of Almighty God. It is this same grace that opens up to us the privilege to worship God, the One who has indescribable glory, whose name is holy and inhabits eternity (Isaiah 57:15). Pastor John studied at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Trinity College and Trinity Evangelical Divinity Seminary in IL, and Westminster Theological Seminary in CA. Pastor John is blessed with a wonderful wife, Linda, four daughters (Sarah, Hannah, Lydia and Rebecca), three sons-in-law (Adam, David, Tim) and two grandchildren.
Steve Fernandez is the Senior Pastor of Community Bible Church in Vallejo, California, a church which he founded in 1980. Prior to coming to Vallejo, Steve served for four years as an associate pastor at Valley Bible Church in Hercules, California. Steve is the founder and President of The Cornerstone Seminary in Vallejo, California, where he teaches Missions, Theology, and Preaching. Steve is co-founder, board member, and instructor at Grace School of Theology and Ministry in Pleasant Hill, California, where he has taught Systematic Theology, Bible Exposition, and Preaching for 25 years. Steve and his wife Karen have three children and two grandchildren.
Prior to coming to The Master's College, Lisa spent five years involved in cross-cultural youth ministry in Alaska. She has traveled in over 30 countries to encourage cross-cultural workers, provide teacher training workshops, and supervise student teachers. In addition to teaching in the area of ESL and Intercultural Studies, Lisa administers and trains cross-cultural vocational student trips and overseas recruitment and community development for International Students and Third Culture Kids at The Master's College. Her research and writing includes the topics of cross-cultural teaching methodologies, historical missionary biographies, and Third Culture Kid assimilation.
